“Efficient and stable perovskite solar cells”

Τhe aim of this research protocol is to fabricate and characterize high efficiency and stable  perovskite photovoltaic devices (PePV) by reducing the hysteresis phenomenon and increasing the absorption of sunlight. In this context, the objectives of the project are:
1. Fabrication of PePVs with high reproducibility and efficiency >15%
2. Understand and reduce the phenomenon of electrical hysteresis in PePVs
3. Increase the efficiency and stability of PePVs with advanced nanotechnology techniques
