Dr. Kyriakos Mouratis is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Nano@HMU group and an Adjunct Lecturer at the Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU). He holds a PhD in Physics, an M.Sc. in Advanced Production Systems, Automation, and Robotics, and a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering. His research interests include electrochromic smart windows, nanomaterials, electromagnetic shielding, and advanced diagnostic and measurement systems. He has participated in national and international research projects, including NATO, EU co-funded initiatives (ERDF), Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation (HFRI) and the
Greece 2.0 recovery plan, contributing to experimental development, system design, and scientific publications. His academic activity focuses on measurement systems, electronic circuits, automation, and control, alongside extensive teaching experience. He also has strong technical expertise in programming, experimental automation, embedded systems, circuit design, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for data-driven applications and edge AI solutions.
